Well, most guys don't use their voices much during sex (male moaning is somewhat socially unacceptable), so that isn't a very valid point. And the neighbor could obviously tell which room it was coming from, so if it was coming from the OP's room that probably means his girlfriend had the key. It sounds totally plausible to me.

i understand this after rereading it. in words you understand the upstairs neighbor heard a threesome below him that lasted all night and assumed it was the OP with his gf and the neighbor who is a chick, but it wasnt him.
im sorry to say this, but if such a thing has happened, ask your GF what the hell went on, and if it does not add up to what the up stairs man said to you dump her.
if she comes out and tells you what happened- consider the response before dumping her.
word it politly if you do dump her as being crude wont be very good for your image and she will twist things to suit her if she whines to her mates.
