Um, that song has a double negative The "can't" and "no" cancel each other out
So the song is talking about how it is impossible for the singer (Mick Jagger) to receive no satisfaction (maybe because he can get a woman whenever he wants)
The point is unless you're really GOOD in the sack and it's impossible for your wife to be unsatisfied by you, she's probably just singing it because it's a popular catchy song.
But you know what? She used double negative... so that means she was really satisfied!
